We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The staff, especially Khalid, went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and at home. From the moment we arrived, he was there to greet us and assist with anything we needed. The hotel itself is absolutely stunning, with a beautiful pool and shared area that are always well-maintained. The rooms, although they may appear "old" with their traditional furniture, have a certain charm and magic to them. The bathroom was equipped with unique bath/shower amenities made from local rose water and Argan oils. The bed was firm and comfortable, and the daily room service was exceptional, with fresh roses placed next to the bed and even our clothes washed and folded. the quality of service and attention to detail made our stay truly special.
This hotel would be a great choice for families as well.

The hotel's staff was helpful and friendly. They were really nice too make sure we felt safe and comfortable. Khaled, in particular, was always there to assist me and ensure I knew my way around. The breakfast served on the terrace was delicious, and the view of the city was amazing. The room was cozy and stocked with fantastic bathroom amenities, including traditional Moroccan soaps and oils.

As low-budget travelers, we found a hidden gem in the heart of the bustling Medina. The riad is nestled in a quiet location, away from the busy streets. The friendly staff, especially Khalid, went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and safety. They even guided us back to our accommodations to avoid getting lost at night. The rooftop terrace provided a perfect setting for the delicious and varied breakfast. The clean rooms with beautiful fireplaces added a cozy touch to our stay. However, it's important to note that some navigation apps may not accurately reflect the riad's location.

Staff went above and beyond to accommodate our needs, even finding local wine and snacks. They provided assistance with directions and even carried our luggage. The bathroom products were of good quality and the breakfast on the terrace was enjoyable. Clean inside despite the street outside.
